Birds & Beers is an informal social event where you can meet and have conversations with your fellow birders. Everyone is welcome, and food and drinks are available.
Yet again a sandhill crane (pair?) appear to be present in the Fordville Lake area (36-21-03 W5M). Observed twice flying overhead in the past few days off in a SW direction each time. Been seen/heard several times in the past month.
I checked that area out last week but there appears to be no public access to the lakes themselves, is that right? Bob Lefebvre
