Where would I report a rare bird in Alberta , I was at Reesor Lake in the Cypress Hills region I am certain I saw a Caspian Tern .
I know this is a rare species.

You can call the Rare Bird Alert line at 403-221-4519 for any sighting in southern Alberta. We put it up on the Birds Calgary blog, but the alert does cover rare bird sightings in all of the southern part of the province.
