–GRAY-CROWNED ROSY FINCH (30) – Powderface Ridge in Kananaskis Country, W of Calgary, by Richard Clarke. Call Richard at 403-253-8083 for details.

MONDAY JuLY 4
–NORTHERN PYGMY OWL (1) – along the main trail a couple of hundred yards west of Bebo Grove in W Fish Creek PP by Al Borgard

SUNDAY July 3
–GLOSSY X WHITE-FACED IBIS (1) – west end of the wetland on the S side of 338 Ave & Hwy 799 (NE of Aldersyde) – observed and photographed by Terry Korolyk

WEDNESDAY June 29
–LESSER YELLOWLEGS (100) – first large flock of migrating YELLOWLEGS, reported near Nanton by Jim Davis. Terry Korolyk observed a pair of probably-nesting LESSER YELLOWLEGS this summer NE of Airdrie
