Nov. 17 and 18

–NORTHERN HAWK OWL(2), one on Hwy.68, another at Highwood Pass,
–SHORT-EARED OWL, Grand Valley Rd, NW of Cochrane.
–WHITE-TAILED PTARMIGAN, Highwood Pass.
–NORTHERN GOSHAWK, Highwood Pass.
–PRAIRIE FALCON,Hwy 1A, near Ghost Res.

All these observations by Gerald Romanchuk and others.

Nov. 19 through 21

–NORTHERN GOSHAWK(juv), SNOW GOOSE(10+), NORTHERN SHRIKE(1), AMERICAN DIPPER(1), PINE GROSSBEAK(18), all seen at Votier’s Flat in Fish Creek Prov Park, by Gus Yaki et al.

Nov 16 and 18

–ROUGH-LEGGED HAWK (largely albinistic), Hwy 8 W. of Calgary, by Richard Clarke and George Halmazna, seen on different days.
