  1. Beautiful pictures. We just saw a whole large flock of bohemian waxwings enjoying the mountain ash berries and crabapples in our garden in north west Calgary.

  2. The Chickadee above is a Chestnut-backed Chickadee. Could I get the date and exact location where the bird was photographed, please. Some people have previously thought they have seen this species in the Park but weren’t sure.

    • The consensus seems to be that this is a Boreal Chickadee, not Chestnut-backed. Still waiting for photographic proof of Chestnut-backed in the city. I think they are out there!
