Birds & Beers, April 2017

Birds & Beers is an informal social get-together for any interested birders. The Calgary Chapter, organized by Dan Arndt and a few other local birders, usually meets once a month. The next meeting will be this Friday, April 28th. Details here.

There is no cost or registration for Birds & Beers; just show up and have a drink or a meal if you want, and chat about birds. Of course, there are lots of new birds to talk about at this time of year. Children are welcome if accompanied by an adult. So drop by any time after 6 pm and join us.

Birds & Beers are held at the Royal Canadian Legion, 9202 Horton Road SW. We start at 6 pm, but you can come anytime after 6. We usually stay until about 9 pm. Food and drinks are available. Everyone is welcome, including children if accompanied by an adult.

Birds & Beers – Change of Date

The Birds & Beers meeting that was scheduled for Friday November 18 has been changed to Friday December 9. This one promises to be a special event so please join us!

We meet in the back room at the Legion, so once you get here proceed to the back, past the food counter. It’s fine to come late if you can’t make it at 6 pm; these are very informal get-togethers. Bring your friends!
